How to configure a diagram

Status: allows to set the status of the business process. Use it freely to match with your project delivery organisation and approval processses.

Description

DRAFT

When created, the default status is DRAFT.

IN PROGRESS

IN PROGRESS status is used while updating and working on the business process

FOR ACCEPTANCE

Used when the work on the business process is finished, is submitted FOR ACCEPTANCE.

APPROVED

APPROVED can be used - when the business process version is approved and is the final version.

ARCHIVED

ARCHIVED is used when the diagram is no more in use.

Set a short version description: to keep track of multiple version changes, use the version short description to specify it and easy browsing multiple version.
