Here is how to manage your instances within Marjory

3) Abort instances

Abort an instance means to put in stand by the processing of this occurence.

You can abort instance that are not completed, meaning that you can abort instances with the following status:

• Active

• Functionnal Error

=> Completed Instances are already fully processed, it's not possible to abort them.

You can abort an instance

=> By clicking on Abort button within the Instance detail pop in

And confirm it

=> By doing a mass instance aborting directly in the instance tab

• Select multiple instance line

• The "Abort" button will be displayed

• CLick on "Abort" to mass abort the selected instances

=> Only uncompleted instances would be aborted (status Active or functionnal error)
