How to export and import processes

In Marjory you can export a set of processes and the associated installations (services and module actions) in order to import them to another Marjory environment.

Export processes

From the Technical process view:

  1. Clic on the IMPORT/EXPORT button

  2. On the Export tab select the process, then its version and clic on the ADD A WORKFLOW button.

  3. When all the needed processes are added, clic on the EXPORT button. The export will be processed and you'll have the URL of the generated and ZIP and the downloaded.

  • You can select up to 15 processes to be exported.

  • All the Public installations (services, modules & actions) will be integrated on the export.

  • To import the processes - you can either use the URL or the file.

Import processes

From the Technical process view:

  1. Clic on the IMPORT/EXPORT button

  2. On the Import tab - you can either paste the URL copied from the source environment or select the file to upload, then clic on the IMPORT button. The import will be processed: the process versions will be added on your environment, and the installations (not already installed) will be created.

  • Only ZIP files can be uploaded.

  • For the new installations, credentials should be set after the import.
