How to link an existing diagram

You can add an existing diagram within a business process. Under the diagrams of the process, click on the arrow next to the “Add” button and select “Existing”. You can now see all created diagrams.

You can choose the last diagram version or select a specific version. To get access to a past version, you can unfold the business process with the arrow on the left. Finally, tick the box of the chosen diagram.

How to unlink an diagram

You can unlink an associated diagram from the right action. This is useful to dissociate a Diagram or to link not the last version of a diagram but a specific version.
